ummm.. where is this nice reference or two ?
looking thru ..
http://www.incredimail.com/english/privacyfull.html
I didn't see anything that most other companies state.. (although my mind may have gotten numb just reading it..lol)
as for the keylogger.. how does even pestpatrol even play into this thread on incredimail ? is it being offered as part of their new build ? or is it just if you happen to also have that app ?
sorry.. I'm a bit confused here.. if you could enlighten me a bit more, i'd appreciate it.

I don't know how it works...but it is incredibly intrusive. A 'friend' sent me a copy of the incredimail which included a serial in it (or something that made it run like a paid version) for me to try it before I bought it for my children. Within a couple of hours of trying the program...a window came up telling me I must upgrade to continue. We did. The next window I saw told me I was using an illegal version of the software and better pay for it. ??? I clicked it off and reinstalled the software. Even after I clicked OFF incredimail, two more times that afternoon the same message popped up while I was trying to browse. Even if it had been illegal..and it might have been for sure knowing my friend...unless they access the files in my computer..how could they know? It's definately got spyware...good for them of course... but bad for my friend, and probably bad for the average user.
