iol reports on an investigation run by a local news agency and a talk radio station that while talking on a cellphone using a Vodacom network connection simply by dialing a number via the cell company's custumer care service. The discovery was initially found by schoolchildren. The folks being listed to are not aware of the surveillance, and the ones tapping the call are not billed.
