The Paradial solution is the most complete SIP-based video conferencing solution in the market:

„X Complete IM functionality: Presence, chat, voice, video, application sharing. All features supported on all standard transport protocols
„X Multiparty conferencing support for chat, voice and video. Ad-hoc conferences can dynamically be established using the IM client. Conferences can also be booked on www.realtunnel.com by logging onto your account. Active voice, fixed and continuous presence are supported. Dial-in, dial-out as well as the combination of these are supported for setting up the conference. External SIP clients on external SIP servers can also join the conference.
