Calgary, Canada -- May 25, 2006 -- M-Tech Information Technology Inc., a leading provider of identity management software, today announced the availability of IdmPro™, a self-service package of documents, processes and best practices, designed to assist SMBs (small and medium businesses) in deploying ID-Synch®, M-Tech's user provisioning software.
IdmPro enables smaller M-Tech customers, typically with fewer than 5000 employees, to design, plan and implement a user provisioning solution without a costly consulting engagement.
IdmPro includes step-by-step guidelines for project planning, installing a proof of concept, capturing key functional and technical requirements, installing the ID-Synch user provisioning software, configuring business logic, automating change propagation, enabling self-service requests and promoting the solution inside the organization.
