Cracked!: MIPS Technologies Server Hacked to run PayPal Phish |

Although we do not typically pay attention to hacked server demographics, some folks have been contacting us about this PayPal phish. What is interesting about it is it ran on a hacked server running MIPS Technologies via their IP Address. MIPS Technologies is a very prominent business whose products can be found in cable and DSL modems, Internet backbone, etc. Its unfortunate that this server had been hacked into, but it goes to show that anyone is open to attack.
