image Denial of Service: DDoS Attack image
CastleCops
At approximately 1:30 AM July 8, 2008 CastleCops Wiki, German site, Hashes, Volunteer Blogs as well as other services were taken offline due to a DDoS in excess of 100 m/s, which was negatively impacting the ISPs other clients. Both the sites are still currently offline while servers are prepared for them at a new location.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. We will have them both back up and operational at the as soon as possible.

Law enforcement has been advised of the situation. We are hopeful the outcome for this attack will be the same or better as the Feb 2007 attack to which Mr. Greg King recently plead guilty. Despite the plea agreement, the sentence of Mr. King is at the courts discretion and will take place this September.

Email to Ms.Horwood @ DOJ.GOV:
BCC to paul@castle cops .com.

Dear Ms.Horwood,
Please forward my opinion to those who recommend sentencing to the Federal Judge,Lawrence K. Karlton.
I feel that mr,greg king of fairfield california needs to spend more than two years in the Federal Penitentiary for his attack on Computercops,LLC dba CASTLECOPS.com.
I would like to see him sentenced for the maximum term of ten years.
He is a dangerous sociopath.
I posted that on the computercops site before he attacked the site with the DDOS and feel that I am right about his personality disorder.
I believe that he is also mentally unstable and precautions should be taken when he is placed in a locked facility so that he does not kill himself.

Respectfully submitted,
