I was not aware of this website/organization until two days ago. Having issues with my virus protection/router/Vista/pc. I have contacted Dell, MS, and Trend tech support and basically got nowhere. I posted a message on a Dell Forum, and a member named Bugbatter provided some insight and guidance on how to handle the situation. On his reply he had a tag with a link for CastleCops. I clicked the link and ended up here. I look forward to hearing from Bugbatter again and will follow the directions he is giving me. I would like to thank him personally, as well as other affliated with CastleCops. Also, I will be making a small donation to the organization as a sign of respect for the benefit you have provided me. The help is greatly appreciated and needed.
