The majority of the time it should only take a few minutes to get your confirmation email from CCSP. Please check the following before sending feedback on not getting emails.

1. If you use a SPAM blocker, please ensure you are allowing mail from CCSP.

2. Please check to make sure the email didn't get caught in your ISPs SPAM blocker.

3. If you have a bulk folder check to make sure it isn't in there.

4. Try to use the lost password function, if you can get the confirmation email, required to activate that process then chances are the registration email is there somewhere too.

5. If you didn't get either email, please try to register again using the same email address. Getting an error rules out possible typos during the original registration. If none of those things work, then please send feedback and we will try to assist you.

ATTENTION! AOL and EARTHLINK USERS

We will not validate users because they didn't get the email. If you wish to receive emails from CastleCops, then you MUST configure your SPAM blocker to allow the emails. Otherwise they will be dumped into bulk.
