I would first like to suggest you take a look at the site stats I estimate we get anywhere from 300 - 600 new Hijackthis posts daily. Some times it takes a while to get around to everyone, and yes sometimes posts are actually lost in the masses.

The Staff here are ALL volunteer. Many of them help to develop products which will remove spyware, adware, malware etc. So their primary function is not to answer posts.

Please be patient, we will try to get to everyone. IF you post has not been answered after a couple days, please reply in that same post again to bump it up.

Please DO NOT Private message the site staffn asking them to look at your post. Doing so will actually increase the time it takes for you and everyone else the help they need.
