I don't see anything real strange.
What problems are you having and what/where was the Swicer infection reported ?

It was reported by AVG here:

C:documents and settings/adoling/local settings/temp/rem1cf.exe

Which I moved it from there to my desktop for easy access. So it is now here:

C:\Documents and Settings\adolling\Desktop/rem1cf.exe

The only real problem I am having is trying to heal the virus. It will freeze up the entire PC if I try to heal or place the virus in the vault.

Boot to safe mode
How to start your computer in safe mode
and delete the entire contents of:
C:documents and settings/adoling/local settings/temp <-- folder

and that file you moved to:
C:\Documents and Settings\adolling\Desktop\rem1cf.exe <-- file

To avoid the risk of any of the above not being found due to them having the 'Hidden' attribute, first make sure that in Folder Options > View hidden and operating system files are set to show:
How to Show Hidden/System Files
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

Next reboot normally and:
Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Reboot.
Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Update AVG and scan again.
Try some of these too. Have them delete the files not heal them.

No, that's normal. It's a protected folder, and you now need to flush it:

1. On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the System Restore tab.
4. Check Turn off System Restore.
5. Click Apply, and then click OK.
6. Restart the computer.

All data, including your virus, will be purged from the restore folder.

7. Run your antivirus once more.

After rebooting, re-enable System Restore.
