31 May 2002 Update - Version 1.0

Due to a security hole in the way the [IMG] tag was being filtered, I simply implemented the same filter that the standalone phpbb 2.0.1 did to fix this hole. I shall of course notify Tom about this in case he doesn't go to the 2.0.1 port.
