Hi,

I keep getting these outerinfo popup ads and my system eventually slows down after running for some time. Could you assist with what standard steps i should take regarding this. It seems like Hijack this is a common tool used here, but couldnt find any info on where to download. THanks in advance.

The procedure may in itself resolve your problem, but failing that you will find instructions for using HijackThis in order to provide us with a logfile.

Once you have a HijackThis logfile, if necessary, please post it to this thread rather than starting a new one, we will move this to the main HJT forum where a 1st Responder or Security Expert will work with you until the issue is resolved.
