I have googled and searched and can't find any mention of this term. Is "IDLEJUGS" so new? Or is it an acronym for something benign?

Your system is definitely infected. However, you have asked this question at multiple anti-malware sites. At least here and at BleepingComputer. We do not handle malware removal topics at multiple sites. It is a waste of time for our trained experts, and also can damage your system when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. So, decide where you want this to be handled, and request that your topic(s) at the other site(s) be closed.

If you decide that you want your problem handled here, I strongly recommend that you follow CastleCops' Malware Removal and Prevention procedure, a system CastleCops devised to enable users to either partially, or fully clean their systems without the direct aid of an expert.

Please read these instructions carefully. You will find the Malware Removal and Prevention Procedure here:

http://wiki.castlecops.com/Malware_Removal_and_Prevention:_Introduction

If that doesn't fix the problem, then go to this Forum, read the instructions at the top of the page carefully:

CastleCops Link/f67-Hijackthis_Spyware_Viruses_Worms_Trojans_Oh_My.html

Follow these instructions:

CastleCops Link/t102301-Hijackthis_Guidelines_Read_Before_Posting.html

and one of CC's trained 1st Responders or Security Experts will help you.

In the mean time until you decide where you want to pursue your malware removal issue, I am locking this topic and marking it done.

Note: You must be a CastleCops member to post for help in the HJT forum.
