My current email address has changed. I'm trying to update it on here, and it won't overwrite my old email. I need to change this asap as I won't get any emails from this site. Please help, or AIM me: Removed by moderator

First, I am moving this topic to the correct forum. Why in the world did you post it in the HJT forum?

Second, go to the top right hand corner of any page, look for the drop down menu called "The Moat" and you will find the correct place to change your email address on record here.

Third, never post your email or IM address of in any public place - that will guarantee that you receive loads of spam from spammers who use spiders to collect them from public locations like this. I have removed the IM address from your post.

2) I went there, exactly where you said and updated the email address. BUT, it's not saving it. After I update it, and then go back in to see it, it's still my old email. I've tried 4-5 times, and it won't overwrite my old email account.

Help?

UPDATE, it's now working. Evidentally, the systems send a confimation email, and I wasn't getting them before. I know clicked the link in the confirmation email, and it changed it... thanks.
