|
|
The Security Code is being displayed TOO Low when I attempt to login to Castlecops. It's so low in the window that I can't make out the digits most of the time. It causes me to have to login a second time about 90% of the time.
If it were displayed HIGHER in the window it would be just fine. The size of the font is fine and all other aspects of it are OK too.
I've never had this problem before. Not sure what you two (Paul & Robin) are doing/did different when you changed the font for the security code, but this thing needs help.
I'm running:
Firefox 2.0.0.9
Win XP Pro SP2
Samsung LCD Monitor running @ 1280x1024
If I can supply any more info, let me know. I'll do what I can.

Yes I saw that and decided not to fix it, and to see if any comments come about because of it. I figured it may be tougher for bots to figure out that digits than it would be for humans. _________________ Paul Laudanski - http://www.laudanski.com

True enough Paul, however ...
It still makes it necessary for us to login more than once when WE misread the digits ourselves. And that's aggravating as ....! _________________ Stealth is the best weapon!

I wonder why you need to login at all...? I never have to login, unless I try to browse the Castlecops site from a new computer.

Hey there Pwillener,
Kinda surprised you can't figure it out. I mean first, you're an SRT Trainee; and second, this Forum is ALL about "Security" and part of "Security" - an integral part as a matter of fact - is ... LOGGING OUT when you Leave! a website or other activity.
I'll say no more on it. _________________ Stealth is the best weapon!
