My NetWatchman scan shows an unkown file with three flows:

Can someone advise a competent Windows user, but definitely non-expert, if this is something that should not be there, that needs fixing?

This question arose because my emails are being blocked by some spam filters. Trying to find out more about this, I have come here via Spamhaus and myNetWatchman.
