My Live One Care Firewall can't be turned on @ all.

I've tried speaking with Microsoft & he gave me some options, but they didn't work.

I still have an incident No. But I wanted to also post here with an up-to-date HJT log.

What did MS suggest and did you follow those? Nothing in HJT log to show why it is not enabling firewall. Are there errors in eventviewer logs?

I just got off the phone with Microsoft & they have evrything working again.

Thanks for you help. I was flipping out, but it's solved now through Microsoft.
