Making a post to the Unhandled Logs topic is simple.


We need the link address of your HijackThis log topic (where you need help) in your posted reply to the Unhandled Logs topic, nothing else. Comments are not necessary. You may put in the date that your first log was posted, but we will check it anyway.


To get the address of your topic, go to it and click on the title of it to refresh it. Then click on the http://...address in the Address Bar of your browser to highlight it. Press Ctrl + C to copy it onto your clipboard. Position the cursor in your Post Reply to the Unhandled Logs topic, and press Ctrl + V to paste it there. Add the date of your first log if you wish, and click Submit.

That will put your topic in the Unhandled Logs topic list that our 1st Responders and Security Experts check regualrly, so you can get help with your problems.

Remember, only topics that are 5 or more days old can be listed there.


Go back to your HijackThis topic. Do a fresh System Scan and Save a Logfile on your computer with HijackThis. Post this fresh log as a reply to your topic, (not in the Unhandled Logs topic). We need the fresh log to help you better.
