I posted this question on the Zone Labs forum but have not received any replies. Perhaps someone here can help?



I have one or two Messenger contacts whose messages don't appear in my message window.

They inform me that they get the following message in theirs:

[ ZoneAlarm Security alert: Your message was blocked because you are not on dmb06851's contact list ]

How can I overcome this problem?


Since then I found that when I was invited to a conference by one of my contacts whose messages weren't being displayed, their messsages were displayed in conference mode.

that only happens with those 2 while other contacts display fine? It could be something their end?

Can't say for sure Cudni, I am in infrequent contact with most of the people on my list.
