I only found the most recent 4 Uninstall files that I left there just in case - should I get rid of them too?

B946026.log]

What are they and can I dump them too?
Thx again! | Those are log files. Yes you can delete them. Just be sure they end in *.log

As much as I like and trust Piriform, CCleaner, and Recuva, I wouldn't entrust my data to a new defragmenter, beta or not.
Diskeeper and Diskeeper Lite have been around for many, many years (they are on version 11 now), and their software will unlikely contain any bugs that may lead to data loss. Diskeeper, by the way, is developed by the same company that wrote the original Windows defragmenter: Executive Software.

I would wait until the next Patch Tuesday, second Tuesday on the month. That is when Microsoft issues updates. After you have installed them your will have new $NtUninstall folders. Keep the new and delete the older ones.
As for me. I generally delete all of them when I think about it. Like just now.
