Greetings!

This little monster (O20 - Winlogon Notify: hgGwTlJC - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\hgGwTlJC.dll) attempts to include itself as an add-on to my browser about every 30 seconds, luckily "Scotty The Wonder Dog" notifies me and allows me to stop it. How do get it to stop? I'm also getting weird web pages opening up all the time now. I have pasted my log below. Thanks for your assistance.
