Hello When setting up my AOL account on MailWasher Pro 6.1, I put in all the information it asks for (account name, AOL Email address, and Password). When retreaving my email from AOL I get this error:

AOL/OSCAR authentication failed


What is the problem and how can I fix this?

You should probably post that question in the Mailwasher Troubleshooting/General forum, since it's not specific to FirstAlert.
