without getting Explorer error.
What can I do to make sure this stops happening? This just started happening today(7/16/0 . It hasn't happened anytime before this week.

Check the Event Viewer if you can find more information on the error.
Also I suggest that you check your system for malware. Follow the Malware Removal and Prevention guide at http://wiki.castlecops.com/MRP

An entry (Application or System) that matches the date & time of when the error occurred. Not sure if this will actually tell us anything, but it's worth looking at.
