IE6 SP3 not responding

I have a new Dell 530 Intel core 2 quad 2.4ghz. 3.0 RAM running IE6 w/ sp3 I am getting a lot of 'not responding pages and instead shut down to IE. iexplorer.exe I ran hijack and here is my log.
Also running Flight Sim X that crashes/freezes. I need help.
