hmm...there's nothing right about that screen shot of speedguide.
Couple of questions:
Did you reboot after running Tcp Optimizer?
Are you sure you have the right adapter selected for optimization?

That looks good.
Your first screen shot didn't show the TCP Window Scale Option (WSopt).
It wasn't in the TCP options string.
However, you can see it in the 2nd screen shot (030304).
This would seem to indicate your not running the rwin patched proxo exe.
I'd download the patch again and replace the proxo exe with the patched exe.
