An option I would like, is if you have an account with Spamcop (even the free ones), it would automatically send the email details to Spamcop and have them email the ISPs concerned (both from the sending server and any servers referenced in the email)

This might have the added advantage of reducing long-term spam by closing some of the open servers on ISPs that do care... Very Happy
