ok a friend of mine got this and im trying to help her get rid of it... its a virus spread through IM like the other one that was going around... can it be fixed the same way??

Hi cowboye02 - nine times out of ten, when someone has this virus, they have other problems on their PC as well.

Tell your friend to go here and download the latest version of Hijack This and run a scan. Most of the files listed will be harmless and/or required so do not make any changes, just click on Save Log, copy it and post it back in this thread.
