Well I would like to start by saying thank you right off the bat, for any and all assistance given.
Like others here, I have had my first encounter with a trojan, outside of the story books and the bedroom of course. Late yesterday my computer was acting up so I had to reboot, upon rebooting, NAV discovered a trojan. Susp.exe to be exact. I quarentined it, submitted it, and found that they didn't know what to do with it. I have not yet removed it. I then proceeded to Google and a search for susp.exe, and that led me here.
I have read several posts about this particular trojan and several of the post by other unfortunate souls. I have downloaded HijackThis v1.97.7, rebooted and run the scan. The log follows:

Thanks Tony!!
I checked the items listed in Hijack, and had the program fix them.
I removed C:Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates folder
I did not find susp.exe in the windows folder but in the windows\temp folder and removed it.
I did some looking around and found the following files and wondered if I should remove them as well:
windows\susp.ini
windows\temp\susp.inf
windows\temp\susp.inf
windows\temp\susp.cab
Again, Thanks for all your help, this has been a learning experience.
Ziggy
