Hope you can help me...found some info about this on your site, only it was in German. Had this show up on my computer last night while playing a game.
Came up as an x_dtrace_log on my desktop. Please explain to me what this is. Should I be concerned. And if so how do I get rid of it? I am running Bitdefender Professional 8 at this time.
Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
The file x_d_trace_log is related to BitDefender AntiVirus. There should be another file called Getfile.dat (or something like it, forgot the exact name!) which is also related to BitDefender.
BitDefender uses (most probably) FTP to get the updates, and those two files are created (or overwritten) whenever BitDefender updates itself. This file contains the path of the updates present in their Server. _________________ Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
