it seems I have been dupped... I tried the SPYSPOTTER site and it does not work, not only that, they have $59 of mine. I can not get any response from them.. they are listed on GOOGLE, as thats where I found them.
Live and learn.. I should have checked around more. I was looking to save money,, foolish

Sorry to hear of your experience - these tactics are criminal in my mind. Though it may not be of any comfort to you, this app is listed here - http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
Hopefully someone here can advise you on getting your money back.

DO NOT purchase any anti-spyware program without taking a look at the rogue software lists first.
The most extensive and regularly updated databases of rogue anti-spyware I know are on these sites: SpywareWarrior and SPAM REMOVED BY MODERATOR
BTW, SpySpotter is on both lists. SPAM REMOVED BY MODERATOR Really bad program.
