SpyAxe is more than just a rogue AS, it is an infection in its own right. I suggest that you go to /f67-Trend_Micro_HijackThis_Logs.html and follow the instructions there to create and post a HijackThis! log.

However, if you aren't experienced enough in manual removal, you should try an automatic removal tool. As I know, smitRem, one of the best stand-alone tools to get rid of Smitfraud, SpySherrif and some other trojans that install rogue anti-spyware, is already able to fix the SpyAxe problem.
