Hello,
I have tried today to restore an email that was mark to be deleted by mistake. I can see the mail in the screen statistics\Message Log, but when I click restore mail, I've got the error :

Session details:
Email restore
Error:
the connection to the incoming server was reset , check your internet connection .
But I 'm sure that there was no disconnection during the operation.
Please, help me because this email is really important for me.
I have to tell you that the account I'm using to connect to the internet is not not the same as the one from where I 'm trying to restore the mail.
