Can someone help me? I hate to ask for troubleshooting advice being a newbie, but I don't know where else to go. I run with a Windows 98 operating system and it started not responding quite often today. I mostly noticed it when I was on my msn spaces homepage. When I try ctrl+alt+delete, I see the page not responding, when I click end task, the whole system freezes and I have to shut the system down. Could anyone point in the right direction for troubleshooting? Your advice would be greatly appreciative. Thank you very much.

Start with some clean up
...start>>accesories>>system tools>>>disk cleanup....

It's also possible some spyware is slowing you down. Download, Update, and run spybot search and destroy and adaware
