Please, please, please remove all addresses and domain names when you post a spam message on the forum.
As many of you know, spammers are spoofing the from address. These addresses and domain names belong to innocent parties and we need to protect their privacy as well as our own.

she means if you post headers in this forum. remove your own and other innocent email addresses in the headers before posting.

Not really clear until you've been here a while but "posting" is by copy and paste or upload to the forums, "reporting" is what MW does with the spam.
Spammers use scanners to sift through any information they can find to harvest e-mail addresses they can spam.
