when i try thses testings and open eicar.txt scanner dont react to this file.
but when i download it to pc and scann it shows that there is a virus in this txt file. help me to solve this problem

That's normal. The Resident Shield only scans COM and EXE files (provided you have On-Close scanning checked in the Resident Shield properties). Once non-executable files have been downloaded then scanning the file will pick it up as you found out If you try and download the eicar.com test file, AVG will open up and notify you of the virus. _________________ Microsoft MVP Consumer Security, 2004-2008
you can have it check all files by going into the control panel, and right clicking resident shield and properites and then check ALL files, and remember to do this also when scanning. :0
