Hello..
Do you mean that you manually download the files from grisoft site or just click update manually?.If its the latter ,then personally i see nothing wrong with that ,and its what i do too.I have it to auto update once a day after 7pm but if i switch the pc on before7pm ,i manually click update (with display info about update enabled).If you are actually going to grisoft site and downloading the files ,theres nothing wrong with that really ,but there is more scope for errors i.e putting them in the wrong place ,downloading the wrong files etc.

Ah thanks for that and yes I jsut do it through AVG not the site.
