Thanks for the quick reply. The feature was already checked. I unchecked it rebooted and now im going to recheck it. I don't think that will solve the problem because my secound CD Drive don't autorun either. This seems to be a bug of some sort. I had this issue before and installed 98 on top of 98 but i really don't like doing that.

Edit the NoDriveTypeAutoRun entry in the Windows registry so that it displays the correct value. To do this, follow these steps.
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Run box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate the following registry key:
HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
4. In the right pane of the Registry Editor window, locate the NoDriveTypeAutoRun entry.
5. Edit the entry to display the following correct binary value in the Value data box:
NoDriveTypeAutoRun 0000 95 00 00 00
To do this, right-click NoDriveTypeAutoRun, and then click Modify. Under Value data, type 95 00 00 00, and then click OK.
6. On the Registry menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
7. Restart your computer.
