Is simplicity in itself. Go to the Folding@Home site, and download the client of your choice.

During the setup of the client you will be asked for a Team number. Enter in the number 35586. That is our team number.

You are now almost a part of the CastleCops Folding@Home Team. All you need to do is to fold your first Work Unit and upload it so that Stanford has it in their servers (it may take a bit for it to show up in the servers). And you are now a member of the team.

If you want to be part of the Forum, just go to this page, /modules.php?name=Forums&file=groupcp&g=84 and click join. I will get the message, and I will look to see if your WU is done, and if it is I will add you. If I can't find you, you will get a private message from me about it. It could be that your Folding@Home uname is different than your uname here. Once it is all straightened out, I can add you.

The I in these instructions is no longer I (Hoov) but is him (Tim_aka_Red_Barren) so you will get messages from him instead of me. This changes from time to time, Tim got stuck with the bag because my internet connection was going bad. Tim will be it until he gets tired of it, then I will probably be it again.
