I installed UnHackMe, and my computer crashed. I rebooted in safe mode, and uninstalled the program. My computer started normally, but WinPatrol said UnhackMe monitor and UserFaultCheck were still in the start menu. I disabled them with WinPatrol.

Is there anything else I need to do to completely remove this program so that it doesn't harm my computer?

might delete its program folder.
and clean it from the registry.
