On Tuesday the 5th of September, 2006 I paid the amount of US$10.00 or A$13.30 to this site for premium membership. I advised Staff and attached the paypal receipt as evidence of payment. Plus yesterday I sent another PM to staff reminding them that I had paid that amount.

Am I talking to myself? It appears so as I was originally informed that the matter would be processed on the 6th of September. Today is the 8th of September and my entry into the premium section is still barred.

Please remember that this is not an automatic service and must be confirmed by hand. Paul, the owner of this site, stated in another thread here: /postitle166239-0-0-.html that it is being worked on. I am sure that your Premium Membership will be activated shortly and hope you decide to stick around.

As I am in a time zone between the two of you I will attempt to contact Paul and see what I can do to expedite this for you.

I apologize for my ineffectiveness in this area. I'll do them right now.

It might help to include a reminder that a response might take a week or so ... in the meantime, chill.

The fact is that when I am told that something is about to happen, then doesn't happen, it is somewhat disappointing. If when a person is applying for premium membership is told that it will take up to 7 days to process then it would be understandable and no pressure would be put on the site.

I apologise to Staff and fellow members for my behaviour during this matter, but because of previous problems with other sites on the internet, I get carried away with my writing.

Please don't judge me on that one incident, I can assure you that I am a much better person once you get to know me better.

I look forward to a long association with Castlecops, and look for your forgiveness in the matter.

Maybe your initial disappointment will help improving the Permium Membership application process; perhaps a comment - as you suggested - can be added somewhere.
