I purchased SKPW in December 2005 - decided to renew my license early as I have really loved the full product. At the time of purchase the info stated the special price was $14.95 with a renewal price of $9.95. I can find nothing on the Kerio program itself that contains "Renew Subscription" (as there is on CounterSpy, which I've renewed). Also, I cannot find a link on Sunbelt Kerio website that allows renewal. I've also emailed both sales & support at Sunbelt (3 times) asking how to renew and have received no response (has been almost 2 weeks). If I cannot renew then I will simply use the free version and add SSM or another HIPS program, I guess. I would like to have everything all in one program (SKPW) if possible. First, however, I have to be able to renew it. If there is a Sunbelt rep who could shed some light on the renewal process, I would greatly appreciate it.
