Hi guys,

The sunbelt-kerio firewall is stopping filtering out any traffic coming in to my softphone. The traffic going out works fine.

I've looked at the system overview, and the x-lite softphone process shows up, along with it's sip connection info. But when I switch to the page with the configurable rules. The xten phone doesn't show up...

So in other words, I can block all traffic in and out to MS Explorer. But I can't ajust the filter for my xten phone because the process doesn't show ... ?

Maybe I should add that it's on XP in a VM machine on a linux host. I've set the trusted area and gateway settings. This doesn't seem to be a VM problem though. But rather a sunbelt/kerio firewall problem.

How do I let my application receieve and send all udp/tcp traffic ... ?

You could create a packet filter rule by selecting the "packet filter..." button within the network security module. Rather than allowing all traffic in for the process, you could just select the listening port (check within the overview, connections window).
