I have recently installed Kerio as my firewall and it's working well enough but every time it detects something - usually a code injection - it is preceded by an annoying Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library prompt that reads:


Runtime error!

Program: ...gram Files\Sunbelt Software\Personal Firewall\assist.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.


I tried Sunbelt's website but they seemed to have very limited support for it, so I came here. Any ideas?

If you haven't already, email Sunbelt support. Have you tried re-installing SKPF4?
