I´ve heard that there are dangerous ips, even ip lists that everyone can ban so that they can´t enter in the computer, but is there a way to add them easily to the firewall instead of using other application as peer guardian, for example?

I suggest to use ipfilter using eMule or torrent. You don't need any other programs.
