I've got to be missing something that is totally obvious, but PMs now go to my Outbox — they're never actually sent. On Mar 19 when I sent my last PM, it went directly to the intended recipient.

a PM will sit in your Outbox until the recipient reads it, when it moves to your Sent box.

It would seem your messages are not being read.

I use Outlook Express and mine go to the Outbox until they are forwarded and then are transferred to the Sent Items folder once they have been sent not when the recipient reads them.

That works for email, but AFAIK Private Messages are purely board-based.
