Last time I got targeted by a spammer it wasn't too bad never went over 1000 fake bounces, real bounces, challenge response messages, anti-spam gateway rejects and other garbage per day.
The spammer was well hidden but I had a grand time making the idiots that dumped their trash in MY inbox very unhappy. _________________ Questions? Try the wiki

No malicious intent is required, merely the action of sending an e-mail message with an address you know not to be your own, either by hand crafting it or using a program to do the same.
It used to be funny, mom got a n e-mail commendation to pass on to me from President Regan, she was really ticked when I came clean and told her I faked it. Sent her another from God telling her to let up on me, oops - bad idea, that was the last time I intentionally faked an address outside my own network!!!
I'd say it is probably one of the biggest reasons that mailwasher isn't given a lot more recommendations by oldtimers, that has to hurt the bottom line.
If you'd like some more late night reading Google has 43K hits on this search:

Wow, that is a pretty poor track record - one whole year and still counting ... they could just edit the recommendations for usage and program features/benefits and they would be ok ... wow
