When a topic of mine is resolved, how can I mark it as DONE?
Or do the moderators do this?

Hi kingkoala,

Staff (including moderators) can mark a topic DONE. Usually we edit the title when the problem is fixed, sometimes we leave it open for a while to make sure there are no further issues.

If you want a topic closed then send a PM to a mod and he/she will sort it out.
