I was thinking about
" theblackweb ".
We all know who we are talking about when we refer to the dark side.
They are all about the same business of defrauding the innocent,un-aware souls on the web.
So why don't we just find a common name for them?
I know,
You wish you could say it here
but let's not use that kind of language
on a "Family" RATED site.
Let's be the ones to " COIN A PHRASE "
What name do you suggest ?
If we come up with a name that sticks,
then maybe the DUMMIES that we elect to the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES and to the SENATE will get something to focus on
and make some real laws with real penalties
to prosecute the darkside of the web.

I know it may be a bit campy, but since "mal" means "bad" then how about "THE BAD GUYS"?  It's what we all call them anyway.

"THE BOTTOM FEEDERS"
"THE LOWEST OF THE LOW"
