ESET have updated defs (2854) and this problem has been resolved. Please update your ESET/NOD32 defs if you have not yet done so.

I'm not bashing NOD32, it's the only AV i trust on my systems. Just posting this information for others to let them know it's a False Positive by NOD32's outstanding heuristics.
I did inform ESET about this FP.
