Here's what I get, when trying to access that site:

unfortunately we have a DDOS (distributed denial of
service attack) currently aimed at our pages, rather
than give you page timeouts and errors I've decided to
show this page so I have some time to work around the
problem (eta uncertain).
If a forensic engineer with ISP NOC contacts would be
interested in the partial list of client IPs that comprise
this botnet, please check out:

if we get alternate access setup today, I'll update
this page! It may just show for members only.

I've been getting a "no response from server" message all afternoon. Am I alone in this? Am I doing something to prevent my access to one of my favorite sites?

It's still under attack, being mitigated, but some users are having more difficulty than others. I didn't see any IP addresses in your 66.82.0.0-66.82.255.255 block on the list at the link above, but I don't know when the list was last updated. If you have a dynamic IP address, maybe you can log off a few minutes and try getting another?
